Each session will have a different topic but all will consist of :

Drumming, Vocalizing
Movement Rasa Yoga/ Foundation Training/ Back Repair
Breathwork
Energy Healing Meditaion and prayer.
Working with Shadow
Timed Sharing

The keys to the healing are found in exploring and compassionately utalizing for shadow.

Cultivating the connection of the mind and heart to the source of their inner power.
